This page says what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. It’s written to be read, not to cover us.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Eidos Studio. For any request about your data, write to eidoxagency@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: name, email address, optionally a company name, the type of project and the text of your message. Nothing else.
Why
To answer your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to handle the correspondence that follows. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
For how long
If no work comes of the enquiry, we delete the data within twelve months. If it does, we keep it for as long as the relationship and the legal obligations arising from it require.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no profiling cookies, has no third-party analytics and loads no fonts or scripts from external domains. That’s why there’s no banner: there’s nothing to ask you to accept.
Who else sees the data
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the technical data needed to serve the pages. Messages from the form arrive in a mailbox operated by Google. No one else receives your data, and we neither sell nor pass it on.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or receive it in a readable format. You can also withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. An email to eidoxagency@gmail.com is enough: we reply within thirty days.
